The Group, specializing in industrial IT solutions, embedded systems, advanced electronics and industrial communications, announces the acquisition of ACKSYS Communications & Systems. This strategic transaction significantly strengthens its technological offering and its innovation capabilities in highly demanding markets.

With this integration, the Group now brings together NCS Systems France, NCS Systems Benelux, Techway, Planavision and ACKSYS, covering the entire value chain of highly constrained embedded systems: electronics, industrial IT, secure communications professional display and visualization solutions.

Building on complementary expertise, the Group supports its customers in demanding technological projects in strategic sectors such as defence, aeronautics, industry and transport.

As technological sovereignty becomes an increasing concern, the Group positions itself as a key player in high value-added embedded systems, relying on integrated expertise in electronics, industrial IT, communications and visualization to develop secure solutions for critical environments.

The integration of ACKSYS strengthens the Group’s mastery of secure industrial connectivity technologies (wired, Wi-Fi and cellular), which are essential building blocks of modern embedded architectures.

This transaction is in line with the consolidation strategy initiated in 2024 with the acquisitions of Techway and Planavision.

Today, the Group generates €40 million in revenue, brings together nearly 120 employees, and aims to exceed €100 million by 2030.
